Versions

Every published round carries its methodology and four independent version streams: hardware registry, product panel, provider universe, and voting policy. v1.1.3 lets a direct cloud's posted price keep voting for up to 6 hours after the offer sells out and adds those streams to round identity. v1.1.2 adds E2E Networks, QuantaCloud, and SimplePod. v1.1.1 adds Prime Intellect to the provider universe with the same panel and unit. v1.1.0 changes the panel from seven to nine products, the composite threshold from six to seven, and H200 SXM5 eight-GPU admission. The level is not adjusted or chain-linked. Check the API for the live version and first round.
